ive been outside in the heat for the past 3 days and now i have a rash and am freaking out that it could be herpes! one of them itches but theres no smell or anything. early last week i had a sore throat and couldnt pee but i also have IC. i also have a new bf and ive recently allowed him to not use condoms.

hello! it doesn't look like herpes to me. you could have gotten a sun rash from being outside and in the heat. Or it could be contact dermatitis. It usually happens a lot in summer time when there is friction with your skin and clothes, specially if it isn't a natural fiber like cotton that lets your skin breath.
