What is this? Rash or bumps

so I have been having some issues down there for a while, I was on antibiotics a lot as a kid and had always had some yeast infections even prior to sexual activity. I have been tested before by blood and was clean for everything and I've only been with one person sexually since then and he had been clean and only been with me as well so I don't think its an std or sti but im scared. I have some mild itching or discomfort on my vagina and it seems to come and go, when it gets more inflamed my labia will get kinda red and I noticed it's either BUMPS or just skin texture from the inflammation but I was wondering if this texture is normal? when it's not red and inflamed they go away as well. they're not painful themselves or anything. I have a picture PLEASE ANY INPUT. I am going to see a doctor but it won't be immediate due to insurance issues. HELPimage

    update: I found out about Fordyce spots and it looks like what I have, but I believe I definitely have an infection of some sort. discharge and red labia. will be getting checked out soon
