Hi I have this red spot on my penis that doesnt dissappear , what can it be ? I checked stds and nothing

Photos not clear enough to show - often skin can develop like this - it could be a response to consistent pressure, such as when your penis is fully erect - so perhaps during extended sex sessions, during masturbation. Then there are a whole variety of ways men try to develop the size of their penis - do any of these make sense of what you do?
You have done the right thing in getting STD checked - if nothing else, such as the examples I give have been happening for you I would put this down to a skin imperfection, these exist across the surface of the body, they can also develop anywhere on the genitals ......

your penis is either not very used to it being dry due to it possibly not being like this before you pulled your foreskin back, this happened to me as well when i was younger.

How do you wash and clean your penis? have you always used soap and shower gel, stuff like that.
The single photo does show that the skin on the top of your Glans / Head of penis is severely distressed and is excessively dry. You may need the help of a Dermatologist to get the skin as healthy as possible again .....
