What is this?! Should I be worried??

i checked myself with a mirror because i currently have a hard under the skin lump in my outer labia. ive gone do the doctor about this and waiting to see a gyno. but while checking everything out i noticed these little growths. ive had three children. ive never noticed these before! but maybe i have never really dug around this far to find them. i also think i have a yeast infection right now. im hoping thats what is causing the itching and my discomfort. ive also had a light yellow discharge for some time. any help right now to ease my mind until i see the gyno (months away) would be great. image

    Those are hymenal tags after birth. It is normal. The itching sounds like it can be thrush, try to see a doctor.
