What is this small bump on base of penis

Hi guys ,

Don't think it's an STD because I recently tested clean. To me doesn't look like a wart either. What could it be?

It's on the left side near the base of pens. painless. Had it for a while ( at least a year or so) . Smooth. barely raised and probably didn't notice it for ages. Hoping it's just a harmless bump. It looks whitish there but that is because I'm stretching the skin around it to make it obvious. Usually skin colour

Was thinking due to masturbation as I masturbation that side without lube
