What is this small bump on penis glans?

This showed up a couple of days ago. I'm worried because I received unprotected oral sex two weeks ago. Is this big enough to be a syphilis chancre?

    Sorry. I forgot to post pics. I can't figure out how to attach photos. It is very small (1 mm) and looks like a pimple without puss.

    Hi Mike to Me it looks like a tiny spot that you might be able to burst yourself or just let it come to a head it does not look like anything serious to me.

    It's hard to say what it is from a photo. It could be a spot, it could be a wart. For now I wouldn't worry. If more appear, or it isn't a spot and you are worried then you can go to a GUM clinic or your GP for advice.
