2 days ago i had a swelling pain where the black spot is. When i checked 2 days ago it was just red, today it's painful and black. What exactly is it?

I can't see anything black on your tooth, but it does look like it has a slightly darker pigmentation.
The swelling and pain you are feeling is probably due to the eruption of this tooth (wisdom tooth), which may even be erupting already decayed.
I advise you to see a dentist to evaluate the possibility of extraction or treatment.
