About 3-4 weeks ago i saw this bump/rash/white skin under my penis forehead.
It does not hurt or itch.
Can someone tell me what it is before i go to doctor?

You could have a severe skin condition - it would be best if you see a Dermatologist. Please update after you have seen any Medical Professional .....
