Hello, I'm on my period, and suddenly TWO of these fall out of my vagina? I've heard something about it being some sort of tissue, but i don't trust Google with these kinda things, so what do you think it is? I'm on my first month of birth control, on my first break from it BTW. 😃 Hope you can help.

What Kim is telling you is true. Get yourself to a doctor.

I do not think tissue that size should be coming out of you. But I just read a few sorry and I cause you can have some but I still don't think it should be that big.

Please see a doctor and let us know what is going on....Ken

What kind of birth control did you start? I've seen this sort of thing with an IUD before. Also, are you in any excessive pain? I would definitely still make an appointment with your OBGYN just so they can do an ultrasound or other tests to make sure it's ok.

sometimes it can happen if the lining of the utreus is thicker than it should be thus it sheds a thick piece like that it can be normal if u have a thick lining sometimes it not a cause for concern but it can indicate an underlying issue being on birth control or not having periods causing the lining to thicken but because there is no period then that lining builds up until u finally do have a period thus shedding large pieces of tissue .
