Is it causing symptoms? Has it changed colour or size? How long has it been there?

Sorry I was out of touch. I don't have an idea of what it is other than to say that an unchanging spot is a better sign than a changing spot. Cancer for instance is not stationary. Have you considered it may be a CANKER SORE?
I suggest in the first instance you see your family doctor and if that proves no good then get a referral to a specialist.
Again, sorry for the late response but I've been tied up with work.

this could be considered normal.
it is due to big cheeks or inflamed oral mucosa.
As if you are overweight or inflamed your teeth will leave an impression on your oral mucosa.
if you look it closer. it is due to your chewing habits.
If it is due to a chronic inflammation. may be possible to look for a cause. depending on your health provider.
