i used to have yeast infection but i cleared it twice recently, but today i wanted to check hows my vagina & i saw all this little white spots, its not itchy painful or anything but from the picture, should i be worried about it?

Might be a recurring thrush. You just have to clean it, and if you felt any discomfort, proceeds to go to the doctor. Hope you have a good day
