What is this? Yeast? Herpes?

long story short i hadnt had sex in months, until last sunday. So 5 days ago. Yesterday i had thick white vaginal discharge when i got home from work, along with a couple bumps. Today there are more bumps that can be seen in the picture. Currently waiting to be tested.

This happened the last time I abstained from sex for months but i only had one or 2 bumps and it was a yeast infection. There are more bumps this time on both sides.
