I have lots of problems for a long time (about 4 years). Started in 2016, when I started university. It's got worse day by day. I have social anxiety, but symptoms are different for average anxiety patient. When I interact with someone, my whole body is shaking, I'm sweating a lot, also my head is shaking, my voice is shaking and I can't speak loudly, there are much more symptoms, I can't stay still, I feel terrible. But there is another problem. Sometimes these problems are happening in when I alone. I can't even stay still when I lie down or when I trying to sleep. These problems aren't happening when I sleep. Also when I wake up, symptoms aren't happening for a while. When I smoke cigarettes or hookah, problems got worse than bad. But when I drink alcohol drinks, symptoms decreasing for a while. I also shaking when I do muscle required works, I'm terribly shaking when I sport. I am always sweaty. I have been receiving treatment for 6 months, the doctor was giving these medications:

Cipralex 10mg, atarax 25mg, dideral 40mg and alprazolam 0.5mg (zolomax). I'm still using cipralex and atarax. I don't use other drugs anymore. I'm using cipralex every morning and evening, I'm using atarax only evening. I live in Azerbaijan, psychology and other mental situations has not developed much here. I'm so tired of living like this. Please someone help me, at least those who are in the same state as me tell their own experiences, maybe you can help me, please. Thanks in advance. By the way, they take blood test, I have 6.2 mmol/L cholesterol in my blood. Sorry for my worse english.

sorry you are feeling that way. Smoking and drinking are going to make your anxiety worse. You may have felt a little better after drinking, however in the long run, it’s not the best thing to do when you already have anxiety.

I know you had some testing, but have you had a complete physical examination? Have you been checked for diabetes or other health conditions? blood pressure?

sounds like you do need some counseling to help you with this issue. I know you said there’s not much where you live but maybe someone could help you find out. I’m not sure how that works there where you live. But you need somebody to talk to you about this.

also, try to stay away from caffeine drinks like coffee, sodas, etc. and eat a healthy diet.

you tube has some great meditations for anxiety that are very calming. They might help you when you lie down to sleep. There are hundreds of them on there. I do hope you get the help you need. Take care

what were you smoking in the hookah? if it was hashish or marijuana you could be experiencing withdrawals. yes, its possible. your shakiness could come from your anxiety and causing you hypermotor reaction. but i am willing to bet you have panic disorder. you are super sensitive to change and meeting with people because you worry about what they think of you ? this is not uncommon and you are not alone. when you are alone, you get scared because you are dwelling in your own head and cant get out of your own way. now, i have been through this and i needed help getting through it, no matter how strong you think you are, you are going to need help. you are already on meds so you probably have a doctor. do you take your pills everyday, or do you miss a day here and there? ever think the pills may not be yhe right ones for you? or may not be a high enough dosage. did you tell your doctor about smoking the hookah? this is important to tell the doctor as it helps him or her decide the right meds for you. do you talk to a therapist ? this may also help you. do you have a short term benzo for onset panic attacks? xanex, adavan, konopin, etc. work very fast to ease your panic and shakiness. please consider all i have said here. i have been dealing with anxiety and panic disorder for 20 years and i have had most of the symptoms you described. the right meds is the key to relief and getting to your old self again. also, drink lots of water, stay away from sugars and caffeine. they only make the shakes worse. evaluate your diet, are you getting enough vitimins? eat vegetables and fruits. but i would start with telling your doctor everything you are feeling so he can reevaluate your meds. hope that helps, and i hope you feel better. let us know how you are doing and remember you are not alone.

      thank you for your support!

Yes, I have a doctor, but I'm in my hometown, my doctor is in another city, I can't go to the city because of covid-19 quarantine. I will talk to my doctor when roads will open. I had a vitamin D deficiency in my blood. I took vitamin D treatment. Thank you again.
