What is wrong with my eyes?

When I was a baby, my parents noticed that one of my eyelids drooped more than the other. They had it checked out and the doctor at the time said it was fine. When I was in grade school I didn't really notice the drooping, but over time has gotten so severe. One of my eye is super open, while the one that drooped has dropped even further. Anyway yo fix it? I think I was also diagnosed with a slight lazy eye, but we never did anything about it. Another thing, the eye that is more open is the one with better vision. Growing up, I had a habit of angling my head so that i was predominately using it to see ****
