What is wrong with my penis

i recently have had sex and like i have foreskin and i havent had sex im while and when i had sex it was kind of painful but i kept going a few days have gone by and it sting when i pee. im sure like the tip of my shaft where my foreskin connects to my penis glands is a bit tore but what are these spots and i also have this like white looks like tear marks under my shaft. can i get help oj what this might be? imageimage
