When I’m really stressed, my heart begins to beat fast and/or do a double beat. I feel like I can’t get enough oxygen in.

    Hi

Some of my symptoms include skipped heartbeats/palpitations, body aches and pains, muscle tension, freling like I cant take a full or deep breath, heartburn, headaches, mood swings, dizziness, feeling like I will faint or pass out, loss of appetite, shaking/tremors, poor self esteem, insomnia, feeling like I will die soon, feeling as though I cant enjoy life or be happy...the list is endless.

I sometimes get one of the above symptoms and sometimes 2 or more at the same time. Its exhausting!

Anxiety triggers my OCD and intrusive thoughts. I have had 10 panic attacks. Just be sure to NEVER take benzodiazepines! Your brain will get really lazy and you will become dependant on them.

It starts with chest pain or discomfort, I get arm pain, back pain, nausea, feeling like I can't take a full breath, palpitations like my heart is fluttering, missing beats or beating too hard, trembling, and the overwhelming feeling I'm going to die. I explained these to a doctor and he said it's all anxiety. I'm still afraid it is something serious.

I have noticed that I sleep better on the days that I do not exercise and that eating healthy seems to make it worse! What a stupid garbage illness!
