What kind of infection is this? An STD or some form of Urethritis?

Recently Ive been doing lots of research and currently im a little lost. For some background im 20 years of age, male, and was sexually active.
So the problem ive been having is that my penis tip (my urethra) gets irritated only after I either urinate, ejaculate, or after a hot shower. When i wake up in the morning and throughout the day i have clear discharge on my penis tip, it looks almost exactly like precum. I have a frequent urge to urinate but I dont have ANY other symptoms other than those three.
Last time I had any sexual intercourse was the 7th of October a woman had given me unprotected oral sex. I didnt have any of these symptoms (frequent urination, clear discharge, irritated urethra) until the very last days of october (26th-28th). I read and the incubation period for std's/sti's should be around 5- 10 days. This is longer than normal
After reading, it may seem obvious that i have an Sti BUT I got tested on the 28th of october for all STD's and STI's. Currently its the 5th of November and whats confusing is that if the clinic hasnt contacted me for 8 days that most likley means i dont have any std's or sti's.
A couple weeks after the 7th of October i did try on some new lubricated condoms to see if they would fit me right and i wonder if i got non-gonococcal urethritis from that. Because the following morning I noticed a very small lesion near my urethra after i tried on these condoms. I also woke up with a mucous looking discharge coming after squeezing my tip because it was irritated. I haven't gotten the mucuous looking discharge since which is weird. And thats exactly when i started getting all these symptoms. (frequent urge, clear discharge, irritation/itchyness after the activities i mentioned above)
I know Std tests may take a little longer but im not so sure itll take more than 8 days for a response. If i got tested on the 28th thats more than enough time for whatever I have to incubate, it should be as clear as day. I have provided some pictures below of the mucous looking discharge i got on the 28th, and my small little lesion the day after i tried on those lubricated condoms.
