What kind of pain is normal after fistula surgery?

Hi,

I got fistula-ano for a long time and decided to go on the surgery because it doesn't go away the surgeon did fistulotomy. I just got discharge last Monday and for a day and a half I had no pain until I did my first BM its like a stinging pain becomes moderate when I take pain reliever but the pain is still there. Its my 2nd day now and I'm worried. Any advice? Thank you!
