What kind of physical activity can a person with an abdominal aortic aneurysm engage in?

when ever I was first diagnosed with my AAA... I asked a lot of questions and at the end of my conversation with my Dr. I realized that health care professionals really don't have any better information then what you find on the internet ... so you really are left with nothing more then wait and see and good luck with physical activity , flying , stress at work, what to eat or drink .... does anyone else have any good news other then good luck we are all just walking time bombs.... sorry for the rant ... but I just don't feel that its fair to having a discussion with anyone else that isn't in the same situation. thanks for listening Jeff G
