what meds you guys on

i am currently on Zormorph 2 x 20 mg per day but pain not under control any ideas what else on the market to help me.

    Hi Karen im taking paracetomal 8x500mg. Ibuprofen 4x 400mg. Zamadol sr 2x 200mg. Amitriptyling3x10mg. Sertraline 1x100mg per day. And Diazipan10mg daily if i have a flare up but its all about to change as not helping.

    That's a lot of meds Paula, do they not work for you what else can they give you I didn't know you could take amitryptiline with sertraline hyn

      Yeah im on max dose. But when u take all that it effects other things. Which means taking extra its a nasty circle.

      when do you take the diazipan paula is it in the evening and how long you been on it i wonder when the doc will take me off it, i was prescribed it in december for anxiety but been using it for cs as well, 10 mg is that in one go and does it help you sleep and relax you thanks karen x

      I only have Diazipan when I have a flare up. Then I take 1 x10mg lunch time then the same about 10pm. They relax me so much they knock me. I only take them for 7 days then stop. Ive tried alsorts to be honest. But 18 months ago 1 hell of a flare up and thats it cant work any more. My gp has never given me them long term. Im having morphine patches soon but have to sort out a problem first.

      I hope the morphine patches help you, do they work better than the tablets and have you tried zormorph (morphine), did you have to pack in work through thepain etc, how old are you if you don't mind me asking x

      Hi Karen. Not sure if i've tried zormorph. I had to give work up as I had a very bad flare up and had an mri that showed cs had got worse and now I also have bilateral stenosis.

      Im 46 with a 90 year old spine lol

      Oh no what work did you do Paula I work 40hours desk job and it's getting unbearable can't cope much more with it can you claim dla for this I've worked full time for 30years I'm 47 but like you guys feel 70 x
