What on earth is this?

Hey,

I'm worried that I may have a prolapse or something horrendous like a tumour. I have this lump on the top wall of my vagina. It's been there for months now. It never seems to get bigger or smaller, and it isn't painful, but I can see it at the entrance of my vagina. I also find I need to pee when I laugh or sneeze. Anyone know what this may be? For context, I'm nineteen, and I haven't had any children or anything like that. I've had one Urinary tract infection, and that's it. image

It looks like your normal anatomy. Dont compare your vulva/vagina with others. We are all different. If you have had sex and there was no pain then you are OK.

The peeing when you laugh or sneeze is a mild form of incontinence. Lots of girls get this. You just have to remember to empty your bladder more often. Dont confuse it with the sort of incontinence that women who have had children can get.

If it really bothers you then try doing some pelvic floor exercises to be more bladder aware,or see your doctor, but overall you sound quite normal.

It just looks like part of your urethra structure. It's larger than the hole that appears on the outside
