I can only guess at Keratosis pilaris. Its a build up of keratin under the skin causing bumps. Its not itchy. The main treatment is to gently use a soft soapy brush on your skin when you wash, dry thoroughly and then use an emollient with the ingredient of urea, salicylic acid and/or lactic acid. Do this before you retire for the night. There are lots of products available for this but it does take time to clear and even then you will still be prone to it recurring. Its a good idea to keep up the treatment say once or twice a week once the bumps have healed.
