What’s causing me to have frequent urination?

hello all,
im a 31 year old make who has been experiencing frequent urination for about three months now. i have realized over the past few years that my urge to pee has increased, but just these past 3 months it has gone up to every 20-30 mins all day. ive been to three different urologists, had a retrograde urethrogram and cystoscopy and both came back normal. i originally thought i might have a urethral stricture, but that has been ruled out. heres the thing, i have had several catheterizations (in and out) done over the course of about five years and am wondering if this is part of my urinary issues im facing now... ive heard that having a catheter can weaken the bladder and just want to know if anyone has some insight on this...
your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

A lot of people and doctors always seem to think its a UTI.... UTIs usually dont last that long and ive been having the frequent urination for six months now... i had a urine culture test done. Nothing. I feel like its something more serious....

An enlarged prostate. Bladders play a huge role in urination.

Prostate problems, overactive bladder symptoms and even diabetes can increase the frequency of urination.

It may be overflow incontinence.
