What’s causing my chin to look like this?

i've had pretty much clear skin since january but about 2 weeks after moving to university my chin started looking like this? ive googled it and was thinking it could be perioral demermatitis but im not sure because thats normally caused me steroids? however i have been using a new toothpaste while at uni which could maybe have caused it? anyone know why this had happened and how i can treat it?image

    hi , you say it only happened after moving into uni , it could be a number of things the stress of moving away from home for the first time ,your age hormones but lt does look like some kind of allergy. have you changed anything ie , washing powder ,soap ,sprays if so maybe thats cause a break out , you need to drink plenty of water this will help , cleanse your face with natural products , after you washed your face rinse it with cold water i know it sounds strange but it will help tone your skin pat it dry don,t rub use either rosehip or coconut oil under your moisturizer it not a quick fix but this will help with any itching you also need to go any see a doctor if possible but the best thing is just try not to stress over it as the more you stress the worst you feel and to be honest it not really the bad hun honest
