What's considered an unhealthy low body temperature? How do you know it’s not from your environment

I've been on and off antibiotics and just had a lot of stuff going on with my body. I'm also quite paranoid since i had so much medical stuff just pop up out of no where for me so I'm having a hard time identifying when my temperature is or right about to be severe and I should go to the ER. So saying your experience or knowledge about this will help a lot! (also i am aware every one has a different resting temperature but I need to know when it's just about to be abnormal or is abnormal.) Thanks for reading. 😃
