What's going on with me?

I had a miscarriage in July. Following that, I had a hemmorhage, 2 x D&C's and a surgical management. Since then, my periods haven't returned but I get severe cyclical pain every month, but no bleeding, not even spotting. The pain has been so severe that I've ended up in A+E, unable to walk or function. I've been referred to a consultant who I'm seeing in January, I have done a lot of research and believe I could had ashermans syndrome (intrauterine scarring/adhesions) which create a blockage so you can't bleed, or bleeding is minimal, but you experience severe pain as your body tries to go through a cycle. yesterday, I felt myself and discovered a hole. There's skin protruding from my vagina, one bit of the skin has an actual hole in it, I can get my finger through it, it's similar to a stretched ear lobe. can someone tell me if my vagina looks normal, or what this hole could be?

thanks

I think its just the remains of your hymen. Lots of women have these tags left from the hymen and yours has unusually got a hole in it. I dont think its related to your painful symptoms which could be caused by many things. Did you have regular periods before your miscarriage?

Well done for seeing a consultant who I assume is a gynaecologist. If you have to undergo any procedure requiring a general anaesthetic you could always ask for those bits of hymen to be trimmed. Women often ask for skin tags etc to be removed whilst undergoing another procedure.
