my vagina has looked like this for almost a year now. please help!!!

its normal thats vestibular papilomatosis look it up

looks like a cyst . can try warm compress and sitz bath to get it to come to a head.. dont try to squeeze it or it might get infected.

Sometimes they do, sometimes not. It's difficult to predict; obviously you should see a gynaecologist if it starts to enlarge, hurt or interferes with sex. Your photo is a good guide for future comparison if it becomes symptomatic.
