What's this on my MRI?

Haven't gotten the results back and I'm pretty paranoid by nature. Sorry for the s**t photo, I have very shaky hands.

Please don't worry, I had an MRI and there were a few like that on mine. I was told that the brain can have many unusual things found, surprised they didn't find a spoon in mine.
What your showing looks to me like cerebral fluid area, on my scan it was very small, they found I had significant fluid loss, I knew I had loss as I could taste metallic, they said I couldn't possibly lose fluid, but when they saw it on the scan, they then said..... We can't believe your walking, with that much loss, but we have no MRI before to compare it with so your discharged.
Absolutely rediculous, but I'm walking and alive so I get on with my life.
Your best not worrying about some thing until your given an explanation.
