What’s this red dot on my skin?

its been there for probably more than a year. i had one on my other hand that went away after a while but recently i got another one on the same hand.

If it doesnt itch,bleed , or change shape and size then its just one of those things that appear on everyone from time to time.

do you know what its called and why we get it? its quote annoying and stays for a looong time

Its called a petechiae and its a tiny leak from a blood vessel just under the skin.If you only get the odd one its harmless but if they start to crop up more and more or are like a rash its time to go to your doctor as it could be a symptom of something else
