my 12 year old son has had this under his tongue for a week now, it's like a big bubble ? , waiting on a doctors appointment but thought I would ask hear aswell. it's not his teeth , any ideas?? from a worried mummy!!File size is too big

It looks like a mucocele on the floor of his mouth , possibly the sub lingual salivary gland . I would take him to an ENT Dr. they will know what to do for it .
