What's wrong with my penis?

Posted , 5 users are following.

Hello, what may be I have had this problem for over a year. I've been to many dermatologists and everyone says it's nothing. The only thing I got out of the study is candida in the urine from which I am currently taking pills for two weeks. Besides, I'm healthy, I did research for all venereal diseases and nothing came out. In the picture everything is clearly visible because it is made immediately after the bath later, when everything dries up, it is visible to me. How do you see it? Thank you in advance for your help.image

    Hello John,

I had a problem similar to this (visually) and I hope that my story can help you out. I have this issue for around a year and it was extremely frustrating.

While I was traveling last year, I had sex with 3 different women. However, I always used a condom. All of them gave me a b******b. Stupid me, all of them smoked. I'm not sure if there's anything to do with what I had on my penis. I am not circumcised.

My issues: Tingling sensation under my foreskin. This will come and go around 20 times per day and it drove me crazy. Red penis head. I can rub off smegma after a few hours. I had no pumps, nothing came out from my urethra. I shower daily, clean, and I'm healthy.

Treatments: Saw 2 urologists, 2 chinese doctors, 2 primary care doctors, 1 dermatologist online, 1 general doctor online. They prescribe me all kinds of cremes and some oral medicine. Chinese doctors gave me medicine to "clean my system." At first, I thought I have a yeast infection, since that's what everyone think it was. I even went to Planned Parenthood because they took my insurance. I've watch multiple youtube videos, youtubers suggests me to do cleansing (juicing for 3 days). Used several steroid creams, which is supposed to be bad for you. All blood test negative and all doctors think it was balanitis.

    I WAS LOSING HOPE...

Solution: The online dermatologist suggest me to see a dermatologist in person. I made an appointment and waited a few weeks. I was lucky. My dermatologist actually cared about his patients. Smegma doesn't always appear on my penis, but I purposely didn't shower the night before. I knew that smegma might build up. He took a small sample during my visit. He prescribed me a cream while we were waiting for the lab results. Cream didn't help. 2 weeks later when the results came back, the lab found SCANT GROWTH OF ENTEROCOCCUS FAECALIS. You can google what that is. He then prescribed me MUPIROCIN 2%. He also gave me a sample of ELIDEL (very expensive). I used the mupirocin for a week and told me to apply Elidel as well. I was using these simultaneously. I really think that mupirocin killed the bacteria for me, but I'm not really sure. He instructed me to use it everyday for a least a week and slowly wear them off by applying 3 days a week afterward.

    IT WORKED..

My Doctor told me to be patience because I've used so many creams on my penis. He said my skin had taken a beating... Patience paid off and I'm fine now. The most frustrating part in this experience was I couldn't discuss this issue with anyone... of course, it was an embarrassing topic. I only told one girl about it because I had to explain to her why we couldn't have sex.

    I hope this helps.

Thank you for your response. I did a swab and the only thing I got was candida albicans and some staph. I will repeat the research and see what will come out. This problem torments me very much and I would like to stop it forever.

Hello John, the photo clearly shows you have something wrong! I am just wondering whether any of the dermatologists you have see gave you any medication of any kind?

The obvious comment I would make is that if you are due to see a dermatologist in the near future is to show them the photo above ...

So, the puzzle remains - what is it that is causing this in the first place? Are you pretty sure this is sexually related? have the dermatologists ruled out the possibility of a skin condition? Just checking, have you had a Biopsy for this?

The other issue I am wondering about is about your penile hygiene regime .... do you know about, when you have conditions like this you should not expose the head of your penis to everyday things such as soaps, shower gels, Lubes, skin creams and suchlike? Sometimes, things like condoms have a horrendous mix of chemicals on the inside that potentially can have a severe dermatological impact ....

Some photos of the head of your penis once it has dried out may be useful - unless they would show nothing at all, obviously .......

The dermatologist ruled out venereal diseases. After cooling the penis looks better. Recently, it does not lubricate it, I wash it with water and it is a little better but it seems to me that something is still wrong. Soon I have a visit at the dermatologist, let's see what he tells me.
