33 Male circumcised when 10 . Not been sexually active for 15 years. Was wondering if my circum has come loose or possible skin infection ?

Hi it doesn't look right your photo isn't very clear but it looks to be adhering to your glans? Is there any discolouration? I'd like to have it checked out with your doctor.
