what’s wrong with my skin?

so i’m not sure why but everytime anything slightly touches my skin it comes up in little rashes and bumps which aren’t painful at all but are really strange and freak me out a bit.

these photos show what my legs look like after my dog jumped on my lap (he is really small and didn’t hurt me at all at the time and i didn’t feel any scratching) and these came up through trousers.

any ideas what’s wrong?
