What should I do?

I had protected sex with someone in early February and two weeks later, my penis was a mess. First of all a bump just appeared on my dick out of no where. I panicked and cut it off(stupid move). It grew back and now looks all weird. It was a smooth bump and now it looks all cut up(rightfully so). Also a bunch of other bumps appeared. They don't itch, they don't do anything. Some are in clusters, some aren't. I'm like freaked out by going to get checked. My job depends on my health and I don't know what I'm going to do. Like I said the sex was completely protected and I don't understand why this is happening.imageimage

    hello first of all don't freak out it seems like you have HPV warts genital wart i advice you to see dermatologist DR wart can be treatable by freezing or Laser treatment about 80% to 90% of people recover automatically from HPV virus within 1 year to 2 year hope you feel better soon regards

      Thanks for your response. I've noticed dimples on my bumps (I already panic froze them off). is this a good or bad sign?
