What should i do after a cardiologist “kinda” diagnosed me with blocked artery

im 30 years old. i run 5x a week plus basketball about 5-7 miles a day. anyway i have low blood pressure and i had a free check up that i took advantage off. my doctor told me i should see a specelist. i dont have any symptons but i listen to her and got me an appoitment and did a stress test. the pictures from the ultra sound was not clear but was okay as the doctor said and out of whatver picutres taken one showed that i guess meant i have a blocked artery and he wants me to do a cat scan sort of test to cofirm it. i also been placed with a blutooth monitor and been told not to exercise. i also have very bad axiety and have to make an appotment with a Psychiatristcause ive been feeling worried ans scared the last two days.
