What should I do? I'm so stressed out..

Yesterday should of been the day where I should of got my period and I'm worried. I know anxiety or stress can cause your period to delay. Last month my period came down earlier than expected and I checked the other month before where it came a few days later.. so I'm confused right now. I'm getting cramps, but no period yet and also backache as well. Is it normal though for your period to randomly show up at anytime of the month where it can show up early or a bit later than usual? I'm trying my hardest to stay calm and not panic about it.

Hey, delayed periods can happen due to stress, or for many other reasons too. If you want you can message me privately and I can try to ease your mind and answer some of your concerns. But don't freak out and try to focus on it too much or you will delay your period even more, just stay calm as much as you can and also try some exercising too. You will be okay, don't worry. My menstrual cycle doesn't always happen on the exact same day when it did show up last month, it can change up sometimes and that's normal. Hope you're doing well and take care.

Definitely normal. Especially depending on your age. There can be months where it is few days earlier than usual, or a few days later than usual.

    Take care.

Missed or late periods happen for many reasons other than pregnancy. Common causes can range from hormonal imbalances, anxiety, stress etc....
