What should I expect from a diagnosis of my symptoms?

Hi, everyone! I've been facing some symptoms during the last years that seem not to disappear with the time. I thought initially that it was just a phase of my life, but I definitely need to make a visit to my doctor. But, before that, I would like to have an opinion of what I should have.
Some time ago, I started to get a bit afraid of my erectile dysfunction, that I have despite being 25 years old. Initially, I thought it was just psychological (the typical believe). But some time ago, I decided to reduce my masturbation frequency and I've forgotten pornography almost completely, so I don't watch it anymore (in fact, since 2 or 3 months ago, moreless). Despite being more active and spending less time sat on my chair, I still feel that nothing is changing. Initially, I only thought about ED, but then I started to realize that I had many additional wrong things.
Since some time, I feel that I am always fatigued and, despite sleeping well, I never feel that I relax, so even if I feel too tired it doesn't matter if I sleep 8 hours, 10 hours or 12 hours.
I also realized some years ago that I have an important hair loss that hasn't ceased at all, and that has no signs of improving.
I also has some itch in my scalp and in my skin, despite my hair itself looks healthy (I know that because I did a hair test). I only loose a lot of hair at the front part. The rest of the hair is OK, despite it seems that my hair falls from everywhere.
I also feel that I have like constipation and diarrhea at the same time... it's difficult to describe, but I also have pale stools.
I have heart palpitations.
Sometimes my hands tremble, like diabetic people when they have glucemic issues.
My skin, specially my face skin, is always really dry and I have a lot of bumps and pimples everyday.
As I said, I have erectile dysfunction and, in fact, I don't have too much sexual arousal (despite the fact that I still feel a bit interested in sex. It seems that some hormone process or something is just not working).
I don't have weight loss, because I am a skinny person, but even if I eat a lot I never gain weight and I usually feel weak.
I have a lot of mood swapping.
I usually feel depressed and low.
I don't have nauseas or vomiting, fortunately.
I have a bit of intolerance to heat and it seems that my temperature regulation is a bit bad, because sometimes I am really hot without literally doing nothing and even in really cold days.
Other problem that I have noticed is that I sweat too much. Sometimes, I even sweat when I am relatively cool.
I have appetite problems, because I have a lack of it. Anyway, I need to say that these days I tried to remove sweet deserts from my diet almost completely and now I have much more appetite. However, I still feel sick.
I usually get up very tired.
I use to have frequent urination and pee too much each time.
I don't have passion for anything right now. It's like I don't want to do anything not because I'm lazy, but because I feel that everything that I do is worthless.
Maybe I'm missing some symptoms, because I have too much 🙄. But, anyway, this is enough to bring a picture of how I am right now.
And now let's talk about my suspect. I've read that this kind of symptoms are strongly related with hyperthyroidism. I don't have goitre and eye problems, so I could discard Graves disease. I've read that many people with thyroid problems usually have liver problems, because both organs are directly related. This makes more sense for my case. I also have a diagnosed Gilbert Syndrome, so the liver is one thing I always think about (despite that this Syndrome might not have relations with other liver problems). I think that I don't have jaundice, but maybe I am not able to realize if my skin gets yellow or not, so I can't ensure that I don't have that symptom.
I used to drink alcohol when I was younger, but I stopped almost 3 years ago. I suspect that alcohol could have damaged my liver, but after almost 3 years of detox, I haven't improved, so I don't know. Then, I saw some other diseases like hepatitis, fat liver or liver fibrosis that could be causing me these problems. HIV has also similar symptoms, but I never had high-risk sex with anyone and I guess that I never had contact with infected blood or infected needles or something like that. The same I think about hepatitis (I don't know if there is another possible reason to get hepatitis).
With this in mind, I should book a visit to my doctor, but I don't know what to expect (what kind of tests should I ask for) and which kind of information should I give or should I be asked. Thank you in advance
