What side effects do you experience when you increase you AD?

Hi there - I am on Zoloft (have been for ages) and hope that you can give me some feedback on any side effects you may have when you increase you AD. I've had some good days and some "ish" days. Just wondering when things will level out (I'm on day 6). No appetite, can't fall asleep, and soooo tired. I was on 50 mg and am now trying 75 mg. Feeling quite anxious.

You need to allow the increased dose to do its work allow a frther two to three weeks
When it comes down to side effects and AD medications we are all different, we can be effected by one drug more than another although you need to be patient for the medications to work to their best level
Try and go to bed and get up the same times every day, take AD medications about 30mins/one hour before sleep initially hopefully you will sleep and your side effects will be hopefully less during the day. We have supper no later than 20;30 hrs, Trying to sleep on a tummy with supper in makes the tummy digest as yo try and sleep
Good Luck

Thanks Bob - I know it takes time but because I've been on 50mg for so long, I thought that the minimal increase of 25mg wouldn't be so harsh. I usually take my Zoloft in the morning - I hadn't thought of taking it at night to sleep away the side effects - good suggestion!
Plus I was thinking that it may be the residual symptoms of anxiety vs. the side effects. Either way, patience is imperative isn't it?
If you don't mind me asking, have you had adjustments to your AD before? I'm usually on the same (except for 2014) so it's all fairly new to me.
Thanks for your response!

My primary medication Citalopram at 20mg I have been on that dose for twenty years. The seconadary AD medication is Amytryptalene at 50mg Daily, both taken at night. The Amytryptalene I reduced down from 75mg. I had very few withdrawal problems, and I reduced down in about a week
I do take other medications, some are Opiates and I manage my dose and the dose increases and decreases as required. I was trained to manage my medications by Pain Clinic
