What specialist?

At this point I have no idea what doctor I need to be seeing? I can't decide if I have anxiety causing physical symptoms or physical symptoms causing anxiety. My symptoms change and evolve often. As of now I have having rocking and swaying dizziness, not really room spinning. I get occasional chest pain (could be anxiety?) and my eyes double vision often. I used to get a lot of tightness in my throat but that seems to have kind of relaxed. I have not passed out yet but I feel as if I am for over 5 months now. I have good days and then bad days. I saw an ENT and he really didn't think anything is wrong but he didn't really look into my inner ears so is that still a possibility? He said no hearing loss and a cardiologist told me maybe pulmonary embolism but I haven't gotten the test yet. I have an eye doctor appointment and another cardio appt. What else should I be doing?? What can I take now to help?

A good ENT would be a place to start or a Neurotologist, that's with a T, they specialize in the ear. You could have Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, or BPPV, but it could be an issue with neck muscles or your cervical spine. Don't let it get you upset, the odds are good what ever is causing it will not be life threatening.
