What std causes bumps in the throat?

so i sucked a guys dick and idk his status he says he's clean but i dont believe him i got tested a week after i sucked him but everything came out negative.... does this look like herpes or what????

    Herpes in the throat is extremely rare! They would also resemble sores more and be excruciatingly painful, dont let anyone scare you! This is just how normal throats look - it just looks odd because we dont really look back there too often. Google "cobblestone throat", this is another option. If youre nervous I would stop at Planned Parenthood and get a throat swab done to be safe, but I think you are fine.
