What the heck are these Im scared syphillis but maybe yeast infection?

so confused as towards what these are i picked at the one on the left and they get irritated after sex if not lubricated any thoughts?

    You obviously have some skin issue going on, my guess would be it is not sex related - however, it would be best if you can get it checked by a Dermatologist, better still, a Dermatologist who specialises in genital skin issues.

    One very simple thing to be aware of is that when you shower or wash your penis make sure this area is completely dry, this takes 20 to 40 seconds to achieve and can really make all the difference to the skin ....

      i figured its just dry and cracked skin but of course my mind wanders elsewhere thank you for your thoughts wee. I am currently trying to mosturize with vaseline should i also make sure that dries?

      ... as I explain in my other post I would not use the vaseline, for one thing, this both traps moisture and excludes the possibility of the skin breathing as it naturally would .....

      I have tried ketoconazole and hydrocortisone to some relief im currently trying micoconazole since it hasn't gotten worse just skin peeling which makes me suspect yeast or fungal infection

      You can get steriodal ointments with the active ingredients to deal with fungal and bacterial infections, the one I have heard of is Trimovate .....

      Honestly at this point im not too worried about it. The only things that seem to help it are antifungal creams but I havent asked any doctors for it I have been so worried about it me and my girl have even been treated for chamydia and gono so i guess ill just wait until get prescribed something so we will see

      of course I ended up going to a doctor yesterday and according to her it didn't look like it was anything serious she said maybe a small yeast infection so I was prescribed diflucan 150 mg. But knowing its possibly not an STD or STI really helps
