What time of day works for you?

Just started with 50mg / day this week. I've been taking it in the mornings but have found the nausea to be pretty debilitating. Since it doesn't seem to be affecting my sleep I was thinking of switching to taking it at night so I'm a bit more functional during the day. Does anyone have experience switching times or even just what times it works best for you? Honestly I'm finding it rough right now and really appreciate how supportive this forum is

Hi,
I used to take it in the morning but I take that and other pain meds in the morning, and I was feeling groggy ( but not nauseous I have to add )....I swapped to taking it at bedtime a few months ago ( 50mg ) and have no problem sleeping other than sometimes I get vivid dreams...overall I have no issues taking it at night though, and there's no difference in efficacy ...good luck x

Hi John
I’m on 50mg & take mine bet 9 & 10am. I too wake up EXHAUSTED irrespective of the amount of sleep I have had. This improves through the day & is I’m at my best by late afternoon .
My sleep is still mildly disturbed with some intermittent waking but it was worse with waking startled in the middle of the night. I’m also toying with the idea of taking it at nite to improve the mornings .But worried about the side effects & whether I will then be exhausted by mid day 🙈
Please let me know if you are courageous to make the switch.
