Can planter fasciitis last for years? Like more than five years?
The problem is the pain is in the middle of my foot and also laterally
And I'm not on any treatment
What causes it? In both feet?
So please help... what to do?

I had it for about 5 years but it has gone now due to my discovering 'Plantar boots' . A plastic boot worn in bed that keeps the tendon straight and allows it to repair while you sleep. Bought mine off Amazon-£16 ish, definite gradual improvement over time, better for me than any other treatment I had.
