What to do for Swelling Lids? Warm or Cold?

Hi all,

I am diagnosed Blepharitis sufferer. I do my best to keep it at bay, but I have noticed that when my stress level increases, I tend to get a flare up. Right now I have one eye swollen so much I can barely open it. The Hangover Movie - Remember when Alan took a punch from Mike Tyson when he found his Tiger in their hotel room? I am pretty sure my eye looks like that without the bruising. 😃 So what do you find the best options to bring down the swelling?
