try not to overthink because that can create fears. The mind can create fears but you have to remember that your fears are not based on reality or fact. they are based on emotion.they are based on what if thinking. it’s basically a fear of the future. A fear of what could happen. I know fears are scary but they are not logical.they are basically a waste of time. I spent years worrying and nothing bad ever happened. I can’t get one day back of the days I wasted with fear.

one fear comes after another and another and that’s most likely because you don’t have support. It’s difficult to manage alone. Another thing is you don’t have to allow a fear thought to stay in your mind. You can let it go. it’s not a part of you! It’s not reality.

Fear stands for false evidence appearing real!

i would say if you are really struggling with this speak with a counselor who can help you manage it.

you can also learn a lot by listening to some videos on fear located on YouTube. There’s also some great relaxing meditations you can listen to to calm your entire mind and body down. slow down you’re thinking and do some slow deep breathing and relaxation. So get that support and I hope you feel better soon. Take one day at a time and don’t overthink .
