What to do with my rotten teeth?

Need advice on what to do with my teeth.

Tooth A and B are barely left, only some parts of them are still present. On tooth A I had (or still have) an abscess, my face would swell because of it, it was long time ago, although I didn't go to dentist because of it. When I touch my face over the tooth A, I can still feel pressure and some pain. The back side of tooth A is still present, can it be rebuilt?

What should I do with tooth A and tooth B?

-nothing

-implants

-heal endodontically (but how to rebuild it?)

-extraction and leave empty

-bridge

Anything else?

Which option is suitable for tooth A and tooth B? Which is safest and have least chances of complications?

One important thing is, I am not very tolerant to local anesthetics and often it doesn't work anyway.

Rotten means decaying, infected, decomposing. Have both extracted and leave empty. I think it's the safest and have least chances of complications in the long run.

But those are two teeth, I am afraid of how will the other teeth move into this hole.

Also it seems that tooth extraction also can have complication, dry socket. But it's safer than implants.
