It depends on your sensitivity level. Caffiene does absolutely increase anxiety as does junk foods and  candy and processed foods.  If you eat a clean diet or the earth diet it shouldnt increase anxiety levels. An anxiety disorder is just that so dont be too alarmed and yogurt is good for you. You would know by now if you had issues with diary. Diary isnt bad for you, some people do not digest it well and people with ibs might have diary issues. Ibs would increase anxiety.

chocolate gives me anxiety (has caffiene in it)

    Yogurt soothes me.....

If I eat fake peanut butter in processed peanut butter crackers I get anxiety.

You have to learn I think what causes you to have anxiety..you should know soon after eating something...if your heart starts racing...and your breathing is more rapid (at least that is what happens to me).

I think the internet can be a devil sometimes...I do the same thing.  If you weren't having problems with yogurt..than don't worry.  What affects me does not affect you and visa versa....only worry or change your diet habits..when you have physical reactions to the food.

Foods that cause acid can cause anxiety because of the reflux symptoms. dairy foods can cause it for some people, but it's not everyone
