What treatment worked for your allergic rhinitis?

I was using Montelukast+Fexofenadine for 6 months and now I seem to be resistant to it. What treatment has worked well for you over the years or months?

I have used both of them and nothing works for me now so just have to suffer.

  I had relief for a month or so then it went back to having no taste or smell again I think I get used to all the different tablets and sprays that I have used.
