What type of hive is this??

So i got up this morning to my legs being very hot and then i saw these hives. Anything I've been eating recently I've had for ages, things I've even ate last week with no problems! i am an anxiety sufferer and i was up till late last night worrying about stupid things. i called the doctor and he recons it's due to the recent hot weather which is weird because i never used to come out in heat hives and ive been warmer other nights with no problems! im really worried about it because i don't want to have a bad reaction and need an ambulance 😭 please give me advice
