What types of bumps are these on my penis? Should I be concerned?

These bumps appeared recently, maybe in the past 3/4 months or so. I thought I would give them time so I could see if it was a fluke or something else but they have stayed and I believe more have come. I had chlamydia for an unknown amount of time and have since been treated for it. I had my doctor look at these bumps but they were not noticeable without proper lighting and told me it was nothing to worry about. This may be HPV but I do not know. Any idea what this is? They are all around the shaft on all sides. There is one cluster of small bumps and then there are individual and larger bumps all around. All of the bumps are shiny under light. None if them itch or cause pain.

    man you have the same issue that i had . This is called molluscum contagiosum . I went to a dermatologist and she told me not to worry . She gave me molutrex a liquid that burns this bumps. Just go to a dermatologist and do the treatment after 10 days of treatment burnt my bumps and they are recovering. I can show you photos of mine and to see that we had similar case
